Before transaction, please register to join the membership and it is totally free. After that, an account activation emali will be received and you can start purchase.

Some email server may delay receiving the confirmation email because of the inbox limitation of the server; or because of individual setting or inbox capacity limitation etc, the confirmation email may be catergorised into "junk mail". If you cannot receive the confirmation email in all these mailbox, please go to "Contact Us" or email to info@jointus.com.hk. We will follow the case as soon as possible.

Log in then change at "Account Information".

Click "Log in" at the top. Then, select "Forgot password". Enter the registered email and the system may send a new password to your email.

Log in then go to "Account Information". Enter "Receive the newest sales news" on the left "Monthly News". Change the option.
