• For the delivery charges, please refer to SF-Express Rates & Transit Time Calculator or their Hong Kong Express Service Rates (Sender Paid) here. You will have to pay the delivery charges according to the product weight we specified during checkout.
• For the pickup points, please refer to EF Locker Locations, SF Store Locations, SF Business Station Locations and SF Service Partner Locations. Please note that additional charges may apply if the parcels delivered to pickup points are uncollected within the time specified by SF Express. You may click here for more details.
• After we proceed the parcel to the delivery company, we would provide you with the waybill number for you to enquire the parcel delivery progress with the delivery company.

We will notify you by email or WhatsApp when your order is ready for pickup. Please present the notification message upon pickup.

If there are quality issues related to printing or damage caused during packaging and delivery, we are happy to arrange an exchange for you.

Teachers may leave the damaged books at the school office. We will reach out to your school and arrange the exchange as soon as possible.
